It was a whole day affair, with half a day's trip to the Yang Ming Mountain (Yang-Ming Shan), changing outfits by the road with only a thin sheet as an all-around cover, quick retouches, and quick change of hairstyles. Exhausting but an absolutely fantastic day; had fun with the photographer, laughed off stepping into muddy grounds, ran for cover when it drizzled, balanced ourselves on logs in the woods, got bitten by bugs but shrugged them off, acted silly and enjoyed every moment in the limelight... we thought that looking back at these photos will remind us of the many adventures and thrills we had together, and will continue to have... http://jovy.multiply.com/photos/album/19/Andrew_Jovys_Wedding_Photos_Taiwan Tue, 15 Jan 2008 08:07:09 -0000 Two weeks up in Cairns (Queensland) for work. A weekend sandwiched in between. What better ways to spend it but to do something adventurous. Diving would be good, but 2 days is not enough (I reckon)... I've always wanted to go white water rafting, and the Tully River is well known for it's grade 3 - 4 rapids... We rafted for 17++ kilometres. And yes, some of us fell off the raft into the raging rapids at one point - now I know how it feels like to be in a huge washing machine.
